Abstract

IMPLEMENTASI LATIHAN BATUK EFEKTIF DENGAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA ANAK INFEKSI SALURAN PERNAFASAN AKUT (ISPA) DI RSUD KLUNGKUNG ABSTRAK Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) adalah infeksi akut yang menyerang salah satu bagian atau lebih dari saluran nafas, mulai dari hidung (bagian atas), sampai alveoli (saluran bawah). Masalah yang sering terjadi pada pasien dengan infeksi saluran pernafasan akut adalah ketidakmampuan membersihkan sekresi dari saluran udara yang dapat menyebabkan bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif. Salah satu cara menangani ISPA pada anak dengan menggunakan pemberian batuk efektif untuk melancarkan dan membersihkan jalan nafas. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi latihan batuk efektif untuk meningkatkan bersihan jalan nafas pada anak dengan ISPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis studi kasus deskriptif dengan bentuk studi kasus mendalam pada satu orang subjek di Ruang Bakas RSUD Klungkung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan bersihan jalan nafas pada anak ISPA dibuktikan dengan mampu mengeluarkan dahak saat batuk, tidak gelisah, batuk efektif, produksi sputum, dan suara wheezing menurun, frekuensi nafas membaik yaitu RR 24x/menit. Pemberian teknik latihan batuk efektif dapat menjadi intervensi intervensi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif pada pasien ISPA. Kata Kunci : Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut, Bersihan Jalan Nafas Tidak Efektif, Latihan Batuk Efektif IMPLEMENTATION OF EFFECTIVE COUGH EXERCISES WITH AIRWAY CLEARANCE IS NOT EFFECTIVE IN CHILDREN ACUTE RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION (ARI) AT KLUNGKUNG HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is an acute infection that attacks one or more parts of the respiratory tract, starting from the nose (upper part), to the alveoli (lower tract). A frequent problem in patients with acute respiratory infections is the inability to clear secretions from the airways which can lead to ineffective airway clearance. One way to deal with ARI in children is to use effective coughing to smooth and clear the airway. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of cough exercises is effective to improve airway clearance in children with ARI. This research uses a type of descriptive case study in the form of an in-depth case study on one subject in the Bakas Room of Klungkung Hospital. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in airway clearance in ARI children as evidenced by being able to release phlegm when coughing, not restless, effective coughing, sputum production, and decreased wheezing sound, the frequency of breathing improved which was RR 24x / minute. The administration of effective cough training techniques can be an interventional intervention used to overcome ineffective airway clearance in ARI patients.
