Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF PROTEIN URINE IN PREGNANT WOMEN AT ABIANSEMAL HEALTH CENTER III BADUNG DISTRICT ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR), the number of pregnant women who die during or 42 days after becoming pregnant caused by pregnancy or its management. One of the causes of high of MMR is preeclampsia which occurs in the presence of hypertension, proteinuria, and edema. This study's goal was to characterize the protein urine of expectant mothers at Badung Regency's Abiansemal III Health Center. This research used descriptive research with purposive sampling technique. Data collection from 40 respondents were place in the Laboratory of the Health Center of Abiansemal III between January and March of 2024. Sample examination using the dipstick method. This study shows that the most urine protein examinations are pregnant women with negative protein urine obtained as many as 31 people (77.5%), positive urine protein is 9 people (22.5%). The majority of respondents receive positive responses; these include 8 respondents (20.0%) in the age category (age ≤ 20 and ≥ 35 years), 7 respondents (17.5%) in the trimester III of pregnancy, 3 respondents (7.5%) in the parity category (nulliparous), and 5 respondents (12.5%) in the parity category. GAMBARAN PROTEIN URIN PADA IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS ABIANSEMAL III KABUPATEN BADUNG ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) yaitu banyaknya ibu hamil yang meninggal selama atau 42 hari setelah hamil yang disebabkan oleh kehamilan atau penatalaksanaannya. Salah satu penyebab tingginya AKI adalah preeklamsia yang terjadi jika adanya hipertensi, proteinuria, dan edema. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran protein urin pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Abiansemal III Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian deskriptif dan purposive sampling dipakai dalam penelitian ini. Data yang dikumpulkan di Laboratorium Puskesmas Abiansemal III pada bulan Januari hingga Maret 2024 berjumlah 40 responden. Pemeriksaan sampel menggunakan metode carik celup. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan pemeriksaan protein urin terbanyak yaitu ibu hamil dengan protein urin negatif diperoleh sejumlah 31 orang (77,5%), protein urin positif yaitu 9 orang (22,5%). Mayoritas responden mendapat tanggapan positif; diantaranya 8 responden (20,0%) pada kategori usia (usia ≤ 20 dan ≥ 35 tahun), 7 responden (17,5%) pada kehamilan trimester III, 3 responden (7,5%) pada kategori paritas (nulipara), dan 5 responden (12,5%) pada kategori paritas.
