Abstract

IMPLEMENTASI TERAPI VOKAL AIUEO PADA PASIEN DENGAN GANGGUAN KOMUNIKASI VERBAL AKIBAT STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DI RSD MANGUSADA ABSTRAK Stroke Non-Hemoragik adalah penyakit otak yang disebabkan oleh iskemia,, thrombosis, emboli dan stenosis yang menyebabkan pengehentian atau penyumbatan aliran darah otak sehingga mengahambat akses otak ke oksigen yang cukup. Berdasarkan hasil dari studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan peneliti di RSD Mangusada Badung, didapatkan data yang diperoleh dari catatan medik pasien stroke yaitu pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 278 orang, lalu pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 412 orang. Kerusakan komunikasi verbal menjadi salah satu dampak yang tidak bisa dihindari oleh pasien yang menderita penyakit stroke, terapi AIUEO (terapi vokal) dalam mengatasi gangguan komunikasi verbal pada pasien stroke dapat diterapkan untuk melatih pasien yang terkena stroke. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Terapi Vokal AIUEO Pada Pasien Dengan Gangguan Komunikasi Verbal Pada Pasien Stroke Non Hemoragik Di RSD Mangusada. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengkajian didapatkan diagnosa gangguan komunikasi verbal berhubungan dengan gangguan neuromuskuler dibuktikan dengan tidak mampu berbicara atau mendengar, menunjukkan respon tidak sesuai, afasia, pelo, tidak ada kontak mata. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pasien sudah mulai mampu berbicara beberapa kata, ketika dipanggil pasien merespon dengan cara menggerakkan tangan, pelo menurun, adanya kontak mata. Kata kunci : Stroke Non Hemoragik, Gangguan Komunikasi Verbal, Terapi Vokal AIUEO IMPLEMENTATION OF AIUEO VOCAL THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH VERBAL COMMUNICATION IMPAIRMENTS DUE TO NON HEMORRHAGIC STROKE AT MANGUSADA RSD ABSTRACT Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke is a brain disease caused by ischemia, thrombosis, embolism and stenosis which causes cessation or blockage of cerebral blood flow, thereby inhibiting the brain's access to sufficient oxygen. Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers at RSD Mangusada Badung, data was obtained from the medical records of 278 stroke patients in 2021, and in 2022 there were 412 people. Impaired verbal communication is one of the impacts of patients suffering from stroke. AIUEO therapy (vocal therapy) can be applied to treat verbal communication disorders in stroke patients. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of AIUEO vocal therapy in patients with verbal communication disorders in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients at Mangusada Hospital. Based on the results of the assessment, a diagnosis of verbal communication disorders related to neuromuscular disorders was found, as evidenced by inability to speak or hear, showing inappropriate responses, aphasia, slurred speech, no eye contact. The results of the study showed that the patient was starting to be able to speak a few words, when called the patient responded by moving his hands, his speech decreased, and there was eye contact.
