Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION AND THE INCIDENT OF HYPERTENSION IN PADANGSAMBIAN VILLAGE KELOD YEAR 2024 ABSTRACT Hypertension is currently still a global health problem. One of the causes of hypertension is an uncontrolled lifestyle and lack of implementation of a lifestyle for health, one of which is excessive consumption of alcoholic drinks over a long period of time, which can cause high blood pressure. uncontrolled, the aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the consumption of alcoholic drinks and the incidence of hypertension in Padangsambian Kelod Village in 2024. The research design used is correlational descriptive. The number of samples in this research was 57 respondents. The data analysis technique used was univariate analysis for respondent characteristics and bivariate analysis for the relationship between alcoholic beverage consumption and hypertension. The bivariate test used the Chi Square Test with a significant value = 0.000 (α = 0.05) and it was found that there was a relationship between the consumption of alcoholic beverages and the incidence of hypertension in Padangsambian Kelod Village in 2024. Suggestion: It is hoped that health workers can provide more socialization and provide education regarding the dangers of consumption. excessive alcoholic drinks and education about healthy lifestyles that need to be implemented by all members of society, and always reminded to check blood pressure regularly and in a controlled manner. Keywords: Hypertension, Consumption of Alcoholic Drinks HUBUNGAN KONSUMSI MINUMAN BERALKOHOL DENGAN KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI DI DESA PADANGSAMBIAN KELOD TAHUN 2024 ABSTRAK Hipertensi saat ini masih menjadi masalah Kesehatan secara global,Salah satunya penyebab Hipertensi adalah Gaya Hidup yang tidak terkontrol dan kurangnya penerapan gaya hidup bagi Kesehatan yang salah satu hal nya adalah konsumsi minuman beralkohol secara berlebihan dalam jangka waktu yang lama, yang bisa menimbulkan Tekanan Darah Tinggi tidak terkontrol, Tujuan Dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Konsumsi Minuman Beralkohol Dengan Kejadian Hipertensi di Desa Padangsambian Kelod Tahun 2024. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional. Jumlah sampel dalam Penelitian ini adalah 57 Responden. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan adalah Analisa univariat untuk karakteristik responden dan bivariat untuk Hubungan Konsumsi Minuman Beralkohol dengan Hipertensi. Uji bivariat menggunakan Uji Chi Square dengan hasil nilai signifikan = 0,000 (α = 0,05 ) didapatkan bahwa Ada Hubungan Konsumsi Minuman Beralkohol Dengan Kejadian Hipertensi di Desa Padangsambian Kelod Tahun 2024. Saran : diharapkan petugas Kesehatan bisa lebih mensosialisasikan dan memberikan edukasi terkait bahaya konsumsi minuman beralkohol secara berlebihan dan edukasi mengenai gaya hidup sehat yang perlu diterapkan bagian semua Masyarakat, dan selalu mengingatkan untuk melakukan pengecekan tekanan darah secara rutin dan terkontrol.
