Abstract
Kata Kunci: Hepatitis B, SGOT, SGPT, Bilirubin THE RELATIONSHIP OF HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIBODY LEVELS WITH THE LEVELS OF Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase, Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase, AND TOTAL BILIRUBIN ABSTRACT Background Hepatitis B virus is a disease that can cause other functions of the liver to be disrupted. Purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Hepatitis B Antibody Levels and SGOT, SGPT and Bilirubin Levels. Method uses quantitative analytical research with a cross sectional approach. Data collection was carried out by collecting primary data, namely hepatitis B serum samples and secondary data, namely SGOT levels, SGPT levels, bilirubin levels, age, gender and disease history. Results of the study showed that there was a significant and unidirectional relationship between hepatitis B antibody levels and SGOT levels, because the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.029 (<0.05) and the correlation coefficient is negative, namely -0.627. There is a significant and unidirectional relationship between hepatitis B antibody levels and SGPT levels, because the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.003 (<0.05) and the correlation coefficient is negative, namely -0.616. There is no significant relationship between hepatitis B antibody levels and bilirubin levels and shows a unidirectional relationship, because the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.809 (>0.05) and the correlation coefficient is positive, namely 0.078. Conclusion examination of hepatitis B antibody levels with SGOT and SGPT levels showed a negative correlation (not in the same direction), while hepatitis B antibody levels with bilirubin levels showed a positive (unidirectional) correlation but was not significant.
