Abstract

Postpartum adalah masa setelah plasenta lahir dan berakhir ketika alat-alat kandungan kembali pada keadaan sebelum hamil, masa post partum ini berlangsung selama kurang lebih 6 minggu. Pada postpartum tubuh ibu mengalami perubahan fisiologis maupun psikologis. Sejumlah perubahan fisiologis termasuk yang terjadi pada payudara, dan pada psikologis terjadi kekhawatiran ibu mengenai pengalaman melahirkan, hal ini berdampak pada psikologis ibu yang lebih sensitive sehingga akan mempengaruhi proses laktasi menyusui tidak efektif. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali 2023 terdapat 69,1% bayi kurang dari 6 bulan yang mendapat ASI eksklusif dan pada Kabupaten Badung 2022 2.363 bayi atau sebesar 56,8% sedangkan di tahun 2021 sebanyak 2.583 (77,9%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan yang bermutu pada ibu post partum dengan masalah meyusui tidak efektif di RSD Mangusada.Hasil penelitian menunjukan dengan pemberian hypnobreastfeeding dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan ibu dalam menyusui dan meningkatkan produksi ASI. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan tenaga kesehatan perawat dapat mengimplementasikan hypnobreastfeeding dalam mengatasi menyusui tidak efektif Postpartum is the period after the placenta is born and ends when the uterine organs return to their pre-pregnancy state. A number of physiological changes, including those that occur in the breasts, and psychologically, the mother is worried about the experience of giving birth, this has an impact on the mother's psychology, which is more sensitive, which will affect the lactation process, breastfeeding is ineffective. Based on data obtained from the Bali Province Central Statistics Agency in 2023, there were 69.1% of babies less than 6 months old who were exclusively breastfed and in Badung Regency in 2022 2,363 babies or 56.8%, while in 2021 there were 2,583 (77.9%) . This research aims to increase knowledge and abilities in implementing quality nursing care for post partum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding problems at the Mangusada Hospital. The results of the research show that providing hypnobreastfeeding can increase mothers' confidence in breastfeeding and increase breast milk production. With this research, it is hoped that nursing health workers can implement hypnobreastfeeding to overcome ineffective breastfeeding.
