Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE LEVEL OF DENTAL HEALTH CARE AND ORAL HYGIENE ON MIDWIFERY IN PUSKESMAS I MELAYA 2018 ABSTRACT Midwifery is health care worker on the public or private institution that have duty from the goverment to do the of obstretrician service and reproduction health care. One of them is educator for dental health care to pregnant mother and the baby. The aim of this study is to give the description about knowledge state of maintenance the dental health care and dental hygiene in Puskesmas I Melaya 2018. This is descriptive study with survey design. The total population is all of the midwifery in Puskesmas care I Melaya, 35 person. Result of this study show the mean score of midwifery dental health care in Puskesmas I Melaya is 82,3 with very good marks and mean of midwifery dental hygiene in Puskesmas I Melaya is 1,13 with good marks. The conclution is the knowledge state of the dental health care is correlated with dental hygiene. Keyword: Knowledge State, Dental Hygiene, Midwifery
