Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING INFECTIONS IN BABY BABY WITH HYPOTHERMIA IN NICU ROOM WARLD RSUD IN 2018 ABSTRAK Low Birth Weight (LBW) is an infant weighing less than 2500 grams regardless of gestation. The main problem that often arises in LBW infants is hypothermia. Hypothermia is a decrease in body temperature below 36.50C. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of nursing care in LBW infants with hypothermia in NICU Room of Wangaya Hospital. The research method used is descriptive research with case study design conducted in April 2018. Subjects used are 2 people who meet the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. Instruments used are guidelines for participant observation and documentation. The results obtained include the assessment of subjects 1 and 2 under study, there are differences in the major and minor data not all appear in accordance with theoretical reference used by researchers. The diagnosis of subjects 1 and 2 is differentiated by theoretical reference. Nursing interventions of subjects 1 and 2 have some differences. Implementation of nursing from subjects 1 and 2 under study there are differences with theoretical reference, seen in the implementation of the nurse conducted fewer than the reference theory. This research is expected to be used as material of science development in nursing field for Polytechnic Institution of Kemenkes Denpasar and to Wangaya Hospital.
