Abstract
NURSING CARE FOR AIRWAY CLEARANCE IS INEFFECTIVE IN CHILDREN WHO EXPERIENCE BRONCHOPNEUMONIA WITH PURSED LIPS BREATHING THERAPY IN THE CILINAYA ROOM RSD MANGUSADA Ni Luh Komang Sri Puspayanti Denpasar Ministry of Health Nurse Professional Study Program Email: Komangsri430@gmail.com ABSTRACT Bronchopneumonia is inflammation of the lungs that affects one or more lung lobes. Reason from bronchopneumonia that is microorganisms ( fungi, bacteria, viruses) enter through splash spit, invasion can enter to channel Respiratory up and can give rise to reaction immonological from body. General purpose from study This is For know Care Nursing Airway clearance is ineffective in children who suffer from it Bronchopneumonia in the Cilinaya Room at Mangusada RSD. Compilation method This is method descriptive . Amount sample as much one patient with bronchopneumonia . Data collection techniques using guidelines care nursing , interviews, observation, and documentation.. Study results find problem nursing cleaning airway ineffective, as well as the formulated nursing diagnosis is cleaning airway no effective relate with retained secretions, marked with cough No effective,, no capable cough, excess sputum, rales dryness, dyspnea, restlessness, respiratory frequency changes. Intervention main is coughing exercises effective and management airway with types of action: observation, therapeutic, education, collaboration, and administration therapy pursed lips breathing. Implementation therapy pursed lips breathing is given 2x a day in 3 days with duration 10-15 minutes. Evaluation result nursing show objective therapy achieved problem cleaning road No effective resolved.
