Abstract
NURSING CARE FOR ACUTE PAIN USING AVOCADO LEAF DECOCTION THERAPY FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE SUFFERING WITH HYPERTENSION IN BANJAR LEBAK DALUNG VILLAGE IN 2024 Dimas Study program Profession Nurse Health Polytechnic Ministry of Health Denpasar Email: samidjr19@gmail.com ABSTRACT Hypertension (pressure blood high) is something condition increasing pressure blood systolic until exceeding 140 mmHg as well pressure blood diastolic exceeds 90 mmHg. General purpose from study This is For know care nursing painful I with therapy stew leaf avocado in the elderly who experience hypertension in Banjar Lebak, Dalung Village Year 2024 . Compilation method This with design study descriptive with studies case . Subject studies 1 and 2 with a diagnosis of hypertension . Study results case obtained patients 1 and 2 were obtained patient sigh painful head , patient looks grimace , behave protective , pressure blood increasing , difficult Sleep . Formulated nursing diagnosis that is painful I relate with agent injury physiological . Intervention innovation used that is therapy stew leaf avocado . Implementation done three day consecutive given very a day during three tens minute . Evaluation obtained that is patient say Sick head reduced , pain head on second patient has decrease from scales five and six become scale 3 (0-10). Evaluation result nursing show objective therapy achieved problem painful I resolved . Conclusion of giving therapy stew leaf avocado colored green old 5 sheets (25 grams) with 250 ml of water give good benefits can lower pressure blood Keywords : Hypertension, avocado leaf, Acute pain
