Abstract

PATIENT SATISFACTION LEVEL OF BPJS USERS TOWARDS DENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND ORAL HEALTH SERVICES AT THE DENTAL CLINIC OF THE STATE GENERAL HOSPITAL JEMBRANA DISTRICT YEAR 2024 ABSTRACT The level of satisfaction of service recipients can determine the success of a health service. The level of patient satisfaction with oral health services is a comparison between perceptions of the services received, with expectations before receiving services. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of BPJS user patients with dental and oral health services at the State Regional General Hospital. This type of research is descriptive using a survey design. The research respondents totaled 44 people. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate the level of satisfaction of the five dimensions of dental and oral health services at the Negara Regional General Hospital in 2024, namely, in the tangibles dimension, 11 patients (25%) were very satisfied, 33 people (75%) were satisfied. In the reliability dimension, patients who were very satisfied were 10 people (22.7%), 34 people (77.3%) were satisfied. In the dimension of responsiveness, patients who feel very satisfied are four people (9.1%), satisfied as many as 40 people (90.9%). In the assurance dimension, patients who feel very satisfied are two people (4.5%), satisfied as many as 42 people (95.5%). In the emphaty dimension, patients who were very satisfied were four people (9.1%), 40 people (90.9%) were satisfied. The conclusion of this study is that all dimensions are included in the satisfaction level with the satisfied category. Tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut merupakan perbandingan antara persepsi terhadap pelayanan yang diterima, dengan harapan sebelum menerima pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS terhadap pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Negara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain survei. Responden penelitian berjumlah 44 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan dari lima dimensi terhadap pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Negara Tahun 2024 yaitu, pada dimensi tangibles pasien yang merasa sangat puas sebanyak 11 orang (25%), puas sebanyak 33 orang (75%). Pada dimensi reliability pasien yang merasa sangat puas sebanyak 10 orang (22,7%), puas sebanyak 34 orang (77,3%). Pada dimensi responsiveness pasien yang merasa sangat puas sebanyak empat orang (9,1%), puas sebanyak 40 orang (90,9%). Pada dimensi assurance pasien yang merasa sangat puas sebanyak dua orang (4,5%), puas sebanyak 42 orang (95,5%). Pada dimensi emphaty pasien yang merasa sangat puas sebanyak empat orang (9,1%), puas sebanyak 40 orang (90,9%).
