Abstract
The incidence of hypertension in the world into a global mortality rate in Indonesia in 2013 reached 25.8% of cases at age ≥ 18 years, in 2016 in Bali for 54.944 patients, in Gianyar in 2016 as many as 2.913 people, in the area of Public Health Unit I Sukawati Gianyar in 2016 amounted to 2.913 cases. The impact of hypertension on anxiety can lead to stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system which increases the frequency of blood, cardiac output and peripheral vascular resistance. The method used in the preparation of this scientific writing is descriptive method with case study approach. The subjects used in this case study is two clients with the same case at the Regional Public Health Unit I Sukawati, Gianyar. Nursing care of hypertension clients ranging from assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation,evaluation. At the second assessment of the client is experiencing levels of anxiety and worry levels of being. Diagnosa anxiety. Interventions according to the theory, the implementation of which is adjusted to the intervention. The evaluation was done by the subject and objective and the issue is resolved. After a three-day visit and was given nursing care increase the client's condition. The result is anxiety on the client and the client two declines, from the level of anxiety was now a mild anxiety levels.
