Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN HIPERTERMIA DENGAN DAUN DADAP SEREP PADA PASIEN DENGUE HAEMORRAGIC FEVER DI RUANG ANGGREK RSU BANGLI Ida Bagus Made Yoga Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar ABSTRAK Demam berdarah adalah infeksi dari virus dengue yang menular dari gigitan nyamuk yang terinfeksi. Gejala utamanya ditandai dengan demam tinggi. Demam tinggi dapat diturunkan dengan intervensi inovasi kompres dadap serep. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan hipertermia dengan daun serep pada pasien Dengue Haemorragic Fever di Ruang Anggrek RSU Bangli. Pengkajian dilakukan pada pasien Ny.DP dengan suhu tubuh 38,0oC. Diagnosis keperawatan yaitu hipertermia berhubungan dengan proses penyakit dengur Hemorragic Fever dan dibuktikan dengan hasil pengukuran suhu tubuh serta keluhan demam semenjak 5 hari, takikardia, kulit terasa hangat dan memerah. Intervensi diberikan berupa observasi, terapeutik, edukasi, kolaborasi yang disertai intervensi inovasi kompres daun dadap serep. Implementasi dilaksanakan 3x24 jam dengan kompres 1 kali perhari berdurasi 15-30 menit. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan suhu tubuh pasien menurun menjadi 36,7oC dan termoregulasi teratasi. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan asuhan keperawatan dengan intervensi inovatif kompres daun dadap efektif diberikan untuk menurunkan suhu tubuh pada pasien hipertermia. Kata Kunci: Asuhan Keperawatan, Hipertermia, Kompres Daun Dadap HYPERTHERMIA NURSING CARE WITH DADAP SEREP LEAVES FOR DENGUE HAEMORRAGIC FEVER PATIENTS IN THE ORCHID ROOM RSU BANGLI Ida Bagus Made Yoga Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar ABSTRACT Dengue fever is an infection from the dengue virus which is transmitted from the bite of an infected mosquito. The main symptom is characterized by high fever. High fever can be reduced with the innovative intervention of the Dadap Serep compress. The aim of the research is to determine the description of hyperthermia nursing care using spare leaves for Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever patients in the Anggrek Room at RSU Bangli. The assessment was carried out on the patient Mrs. DP with a body temperature of 38.0oC. The nursing diagnosis, namely hyperthermia, is related to the hemorrhagic fever disease process and is proven by the results of body temperature measurements and complaints of fever since 5 days, tachycardia, skin feeling warm and red. Interventions are provided in the form of observation, therapy, education, collaboration accompanied by the innovative intervention of Dadap Serep leaf compress. Implementation is carried out 3x24 hours with compresses once a day for 15-30 minutes. The evaluation results showed that the patient's body temperature had decreased to 36.7oC and thermoregulation had resolved. The conclusion was that nursing care with the innovative intervention of Dadap leaf compress was effectively provided to reduce body temperature in hyperthermic patients.
