Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN MENYUSUI EFEKTIF DENGAN TERAPI SPEOS PADA PASIEN POSTPARTUM SEKSIO SESAREA DI RUANG KENANGA RSUD BANGLI Komang Ayu Puspitasari Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email : puspitayu1108@gmail.com ABSTRAK Seksio sesarea merupakan tindakan pembedahan untuk melahirkan janin dengan cara membuat sayatan untuk membuka dinding perut dan dinding uterus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan menyusui efektif dengan terapi SPEOS pada pasien postpartum seksio sesarea di Ruang Kenanga RSUD Bangli. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan wawacara dan pemeriksaan fisik. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak dua pasien kelolaan, yang diberikan asuhan keperawatan pada tanggal 15-17 Februari 2024. Hasil pengkajian didapatkan bahwa ibu merasa percaya diri selama proses menyusui, payudara tampak simetris, tampak kedua areola berwarna coklat kehitaman dan tampak bersih, putting menonjol, tidak ada tanda dimpling / retraksi, ada pengeluaran colostrum. Diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan yaitu menyusui efektif berhubungan dengan hormon oksitosin dan prolaktin adekuat ditandai dengan ibu merasa percaya diri selama proses menyusui, bayi melekat pada payudara ibu dengan benar, ibu memposisikan bayi saat menyusui dengan benar, ASI menetas/memancar, suplai ASI adekuat. Rencana keperawatan dengan intervensi utama promosi ASI eksklusif dan intervensi pendukung pijat laktasi dengan terapi inovasi teknik SPEOS dengan luaran status menyusui membaik. Implementasi keperawatan dilakukan selama 2x24 jam, yang dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana keperawatan yang telah disusun. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua pasien, setelah mendapatkan teknik SPEOS, merasa lebih percaya diri untuk menyusui dikarenakan ASI yang dihasilkan semakin meningkat. Kata Kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan, Menyusui Efektif, Teknik SPEOS NURSING CARE FOR EFFECTIVE BREASTFEEDING WITH SPEOS THERAPY IN POSTPARTUM CAESAREAN SECTIO PATIENTS AT KENANGA ROOM BANGLI GENERAL HOSPITAL Komang Ayu Puspitasari Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email : puspitayu1108@gmail.com ABSTRACT Caesarean section is a surgical procedure to deliver a fetus by making an incision to open the abdominal wall and uterine wall. This study aims to determine the description of effective breastfeeding nursing care with SPEOS therapy in postpartum caesarean section patients in the Kenanga Room at Bangli Regional Hospital. Data collection techniques used were interviews and physical examination. The number of samples used in this study was two managed patients, who were given nursing care on 15-17 February 2024. The results of the study showed that the mother felt confident during the breastfeeding process, the breasts looked symmetrical, both areolas were blackish brown and looked clean, nipples protrude, no signs of dimpling / retraction, there is colostrum discharge. The nursing diagnosis made is that effective breastfeeding is related to adequate oxytocin and prolactin hormones, characterized by the mother feeling confident during the breastfeeding process, the baby attaching to the mother's breast correctly, the mother positioning the baby while breastfeeding correctly, breast milk hatching/gushing, adequate milk supply. Nursing plan with the main intervention of promoting exclusive breastfeeding and lactation massage support intervention with innovative SPEOS technique therapy with the outcome of improved breastfeeding status. Nursing implementation is carried out for 2x24 hours, which is carried out in accordance with the nursing plan that has been prepared. The conclusion of this study shows that both patients, after receiving the SPEOS technique, felt more confident in breastfeeding because the milk produced increased.
