Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN TERMOREGULASI TIDAK EFEKTIF DENGAN TERAPI PERAWATAN METODE KANGGURU PADA BAYI BBLR DI RUANG PERINATOLOGI RSUD KLUNGKUNG Putu Arsienda Dahata UlmaFema Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email : ulmafema@gmail.com ABSTRAK Berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) merupakan bayi baru lahir yang lahir selama 1 jam pertama kelahiran dan memiliki berat badan 2500 gram tanpa memandang masa gestasi. Intervensi inovasi Perawatan Metode Kangguru (PMK) merupakan sebuah metode untuk mempertahankan suhu tubuh pada bayi yang mengalami berat badan lahir. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui bagaimana asuhan keperawatan termoregulasi tidak efektif dengan terapi perawatan metode kangguru pada bayi BBLR di Ruang Perinatologi RSUD Klungkung. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah akhir ners ini tentang Asuhan Keperawatan Termoregulasi Tidak Efektif Pada Bayi BBLR Dengan Terapi PMK di RSUD Klungkung dari tanggal 28 Agustus sampai 30 Agustus 2023. Hasil intervensi selama 3x24 jam dengan pemberian regulasi temperatur serta terapi inovasi PMK didapatkan hasil termoregulasi tdak efektif meningkat, yaitu suhu mulai stabil dengan rentang suhu 37,4°C, nadi membaik 148 x/ menit, respirasi : 42 x/ menit, SpO : 98 %, suhu kulit bayi sudah tidak dingin, BB : 1700 gram, LK : 28 cm, LD : 26 cm, PB : 44 cm. Berdasarkan hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian perawatan metode kangguru efektif dalam menaikkan atau menstabilkan suhu tubuh pada pasien dengan masalah keperawatan BBLR. THERMOREGULATION NURSING CARE IS NOT EFFECTIVE USING THE KANGAROO METHOD OF CARE THERAPY FOR LBW BABIES IN THE PERINATOLOGY ROOM OF KLUNGKUNG HOSPITAL Putu Arsienda Dahata UlmaFema Denpasar Ministry of Health Nurse Professional Study Program Email: ulmafema@gmail.com ABSTRAC Low birth weight (LBW) is a newborn who is born within the first hour of birth and weighs 2500 grams regardless of the gestation period. The Kangaroo Care Method (PMK) innovative intervention is a method for maintaining body temperature in babies experiencing birth weight. The aim is to find out how thermoregulation nursing care is ineffective with kangaroo method care therapy for LBW babies in the Perinatology Room at Klungkung Regional Hospital. This research uses a descriptive research model with a case study research design in preparing this nurse's final scientific work on Ineffective Thermoregulation Nursing Care for LBW Babies with FMD Therapy at Klungkung Regional Hospital from 28 August to 30 August 2023. Results of 3x24 hour intervention with provision of regulation temperature and innovative PMK therapy resulted in an increase in ineffective thermoregulation, namely the temperature began to stabilize with a temperature range of 37.4°C, the pulse improved to 148 x/minute, respiration: 42 x/minute, SpO: 98%, the baby's skin temperature was no longer cold , BB : 1700 grams, LK : 28 cm, LD : 26 cm, PB : 44 cm. Based on the results, it can be concluded that providing kangaroo method care is effective in raising or stabilizing body temperature in patients with LBW nursing problems.
