Abstract

GAMBARAN KADAR GLUKOSA DARAH SEWAKTU PADA PEKERJA KANTOR USIA PRODUKTIF DI DETASEMEN KESEHATAN WILAYAH 09.04.03 SINGARAJA ABSTRAK Latar belakang Diabetes Melitus merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular kronis dengan prevalensi yang tinggi. Beberapa faktor resiko seseorang terkena penyakit Diabetes Melitus yaitu usia, jenis kelamin, asupan makanan dan aktifitas fisik. Pemeriksaan glukosa darah sewaktu merupakan pemeriksaan yang dilakukan sebagai skrining awal terhadap resiko penyakit Diabetes Melitus. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Kadar Glukosa darah Sewaktu Pada Pekerja Kantor Usia Produktif di Detasemen Kesehatan wilayah 09.04.03 Singaraja. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelian Deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode strip/POCT. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 39 responden yang berusia 15-64 tahun dengan menggunakan teknik non pobabylyty sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu tinggi pada pekerja kantor usia produktif sebesar 23,1%. Kelompok usia banyak ditemukan pada usia 45-59 tahun sebesar 28,2%. Jenis kelamin paling banyak perempuan 15,4%. Berdasarkan asupan makanan sebanyak 20,5% sering mengkonsumsi makanan manis/mengandung karbohidrat. Sebanyak 12,8% melakukan aktivitas fisik ringan. Kesimpulan bahwa kadar glukosa darah sewaktu tinggi pada pekerja kantor usia produktif di Detasemen Kesehatan wilayah 09.04.03 Singaraja memiliki resiko terhadap penyakit Diabetes Melitus. Kata kunci : Glukosa Darah, Pekerja Kantor, Usia Produktif DESCRIPTION OF BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVELS IN PRODUCTIVE AGE OFFICE WORKERS IN DETASEMEN KESEHATAN WILAYAH 09.04.03 SINGARAJA ABSTRACT Background Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic non-communicable disease with a high prevalence. Some of the risk factors for a person affected by Diabetes Mellitus are age, gender, food intake and physical activity. Examination of blood glucose while is an examination carried out as an initial screening for the risk of Diabetes Mellitus. The purpose of the study was to determine the description of blood glucose levels in productive age office workers at the Health Detachment 09.04.03 Singaraja. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research using the strip/POCT method. This research was conducted on 39 respondents aged 15-64 years using a non-probability sampling technique. The results of the study showed that when the blood glucose level was high in productive age office workers, it was 23.1%. The age group is mostly found at the age of 45-59 years at 28.2%. The most gender is female 15.4%. Based on food intake as much as 20.5% often consume sweet/carbohydrate-containing foods. As many as 12.8% did light physical activity. The conclusion is that when high blood glucose levels in productive age office workers in the Health Detachment 09.04.03 Singaraja area have a risk of Diabetes Mellitus.
