Abstract

HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG NUTRISI DENGAN KEJADIAN STUNTING PADA BALITA USIA 0-59 BULAN DI DESA BANJAR WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS BANJAR 1 TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Stunting adalah suatu kondisi dimana anak mengalami gangguan pertumbuhan, sehingga tinggi badan anak tidak sesuai dengan usianya (stunted), sebagai akibat dari masalah gizi kronis yaitu, kekurangan asupan gizi dalam waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Nutrisi dengan Kejadian Stunting Pada Balita Usia 0-59 Bulan di Desa Banjar wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banjar 1 Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian korelasional analitik pendekatan dengan cross sectional. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik komputerisasi, uji spearman rank (tingkat kepercayaan 95% α = 0,05). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan besar sampel 41 orang. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan responden mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan ibu balita tentang nutrisi terbanyak yaitu kategori cukup dengan jumlah 26 orang (63,4%), kategori baik sebanyak 13 orang (31,7%), dan kategori kurang sebanyak 2 orang (4,9%), sedangkan untuk hasil penelitian mengenai stunting menunjukkan bahwa kategori terbanyak yaitu kategori pendek dengan jumlah 18 orang (43,9%), kategori normal sebanyak 14 orang (34,1%), dan kategori sangat pendek sebanyak 9 orang (22,0%). Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji rank spearman diperoleh nilai asymp.sig (2-sided) sebesar 0,000. Karena nilai asymp.sig (2-sided) 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti adanya hubungan ibu tentang nutrisi dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 0-59 bulan di Desa Banjar wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banjar 1 Tahun 2023. Kata kunci : Stunting, Balita, Pengetahuan Ibu THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTHER’S KNOWLEDGE OF NUTRITION AND STUNTING INCIDENTS IN TODDLERS AGED 0-59 MONTHS IN BANJAR VILLAGE WORKING AREA OF BANJAR HEALTH CENTER 1, 2023 ABSTRACT Stunting is a condition in which a child experiences growth disorders, so that the child's height does not match his age (stunted), as a result of chronic nutritional problems, namely, lack of nutritional intake for a long time. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge about nutrition and stunting in infants aged 0-59 months in Banjar Village, the working area of the Banjar 1 Public Health Center in 2023. The research design used was a correlational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. Data analysis used computerized statistical tests, Spearman rank test (95% confidence level α = 0.05. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 41 people. The results of this study found that respondents had the highest level of knowledge of mothers of toddlers about nutrition, namely the adequate category with 26 people (63.4%), the good category were 13 people (31.7%), and the less category were 2 people (4.9%). ), while the research results on stunting showed that the most categories were the short category with 18 people (43.9%), the normal category were 14 people (34.1%), and the very short category were 9 people (22.0%). The results of data analysis using Spearman rank test obtained asymp.sig value (2- sided) is 0.000. Because the asymp.sig value (2-sided) is 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a relationship between mothers about nutrition and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 0- 59 months in Banjar Village, working area of Banjar Health Center 1, 2023.
