Abstract
The World Health Organization (WHO) defines as the incidence of diarrhea defecate more liquid consistency than usual, with a frequency of more than three times a day. This definition is more emphasis on consistency of stools rather than the frequency. The main problem caused by diarrhea is fluid volume deficiency (hypovolemia) are characterized by increased hematocrit, decreased urine volume, decreased skin turgor, complained of thirst. This study aims to describe the nursing care on infant diarrhea with hypovolemia in Space Cilinaya Mangusada Hospital Badung Year 2018. This type of research is descriptive research with case study design to at least two subjects were observed in depth using documentary study by observing the nursing documents patient. Data collection tools in the form of documentation. The results showed that there are similarities between the two toddlers diarrhea with hypovolemia in nursing documentation. Results of research are expected in toddler diarrhea is an understanding of the parents regarding the management of diarrhea with hypovolemia. The research’s result are expected to be useful for the educational institutions, place of the research and the next researcher. Documenting the nursing done us expected to be more complete based on the data that has been obtained during the assessment. Keywords: Diarrhea, hypovolemia, hematocrit increasing
