Abstract
ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAFAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA BAYI BARU LAHIR ASFIKSIA DENGAN TINDAKAN SUCTION DELEE DAN SENTRAL DI RS BALIMED I DEWA GEDE DARMA PUTRA Program studi profesi ners poltekkes kemenkes denpasar Email : darmaputra3140@gmail.com ABSTRAK Asfiksia atau rendahnya oksigen dalam darah merupakan salah satu penyebab utama yang berpengaruh besar terhadap kematian perinatal dan neonatal.Tujuan penelitian Melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada bayi baru lahir asfiksia dengan tindakan suction delee dan sentral di RS Balimed. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan Pendekatan Proses Keperawatan: pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subyek penelitian yaitu 2 Bayi yang mengalami Asfiksia dengan tindakan suction delee dan suction sentral. Hasil dari pengkajian keperawatan bayi Ny.R dan bayi Ny.Y, diperoleh data diagnosa keperawatan muncul pada 2 pasien yaitu masalah bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif, intervensi keperawatan disusun sesuai rencana keperawatan, implementasi dilaksanakan sesuai intervensi keperawatan, dan evaluasi pada kasus 1 masalah sudah teratasi dan evaluasi pada kasus 2 sedikit membaik namun belum teratasi. Hal ini disebabkan pada Kasus 1, pasien mengalami asfiksia ringan. sedangkan pada Kasus 2, pasien ,mengalami asfiksia berat. Suction Delee dan Suction Sentral digunakan untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien asfiksia. Diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan suction delee dan suction sentral pada pasien asfiksia untuk mengatasi masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif Kata kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan, Suction Delee, Asfiksia. AIRWAY CLEAN NURSING CARE NOT EFFECTIVE IN NEW BORN ASFIXIA WITH SUCTION MEASURES DELEE AND CENTRAL AT BALIMED HOSPITAL ABSTRACT One of the main causes that has a significant impact on perinatal and neonatal mortality is asphyxia. Objectives of the study Nursing care for clearing the airway in asphyxiated newborns at Balimed Hospital using central action and suction is ineffective. This examination technique is a contextual investigation with the Nursing System Approach: appraisal, finding, intercession, execution, and assessment. The exploration subjects were 2 infants who experienced asphyxia with delee attractions and focal pull.
