Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE QUALITY OF VENTILATION IN RESIDENTS' BEDROOMS AND ISPA CASES IN THE SIBANG KAJA VILLAGE AREA IN 2023 ABSTRACT The case of ARI at UPTD Puskesmas Abiansemal III still shows that the quality of healthy homes, especially in ventilasu, is still a problem. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of ventilation in residents' bedrooms with cases of ARI in the bedroom. The method used is observational analytic with a case control approach by measuring and observing temperature, the presence of ventilation, the presence of cross ventilation, and ventilation ratio. Based on the results of statistical tests at room temperature, room temperature was obtained related to cases of ARI (sig = 0.000) with criteria of low relationship closeness (cc = 0.298), statistical test results showed the presence of ventilation was not related to cases of ARI (sig = 0.459) with criteria of very low relationship closeness (cc = 0.062), based on statistical test results showed the presence of cross-ventilation related with the case of ARI (sig = 0.000) with the criterion of low relationship closeness (cc = 0.303), and based on the results of statistical tests showed that the ventilation ratio was not related to the case of ARI (sig = 0.187) with the criterion of low relationship closeness (cc = 0.111). Suggestions that can be given are for the community to pay more attention to how the quality of healthy homes, then for puskesmas can be with health promotion related to the importance of healthy homes. And for the authorities or authorities can provide assistance to people who still do not meet health standards in terms of their environment such as homes or residences Keywords : ARI, healthy house, temperature, presence of ventilation and cross ventilation, ventilation ratio HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS VENTILASI PADA KAMAR TIDUR PENDUDUK DENGAN KASUS ISPA DI WILAYAH DESA SIBANG KAJA TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Kasus ISPA di UPTD Puskesmas Abiansemal III masih menunjukkan bahwa kualitas rumah sehat terutama pada ventilasi masih menjadi masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas ventilasi pada kamar tidur penduduk dengan kasus ISPA di Wilayah Desa Sibang Kaja. Metode yang digunakkan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case control dengan melakukan pengukuran dan observasi terhadap suhu, keberadaan ventilasi, keberadaan ventilasi silang, dan rasio ventilasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik pada suhu kamar diperoleh suhu kamar berhubungan dengan kasus ISPA (sig=0,000) dengan kriteria keeratan hubungan rendah (cc=0,298), hasil uji statistik menunjukkan keberadaan ventilasi tidak berhubungan dengan kasus ISPA (sig= 0,459) dengan kriteria keeratan hubungan sangat rendah (cc=0,062), berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan keberadaan ventilasi silang berhubungan dengan kasus ISPA (sig=0,000) dengan kriteria keeratan hubungan rendah (cc=0,303), dan berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan rasio ventilasi tidak berhubungan dengan kasus ISPA (sig=0,187) dengan kriteria keeratan hubungan rendah (cc=0,111). Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu untuk masyarakat bisa lebih memperhatikan bagaimana kualitas rumah sehat, kemudian untuk puskesmas bisa dengan promosi Kesehatan terkait pentingnya rumah sehat. Dan untuk pihak berwenang atau berwajib bisa memberikan bantuan terhadap masyarakat yang masih belum memenuhi standar Kesehatan dari segi lingkungannya seperti rumah atau tempat tinggal Kata kunci : ISPA, rumah sehat, suhu, keberadaan ventilasi dan ventilasi silang , rasio ventilasi
