Abstract

THE EFFECT OF HEALTH EDUCATION USING AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA ON CLEAN AND HEALTHY BEHAVIOR IN STUDENTS OF SDN 1 KEROBOKAN KAJA ABSTRACT Clean and healthy living behavior is a behavior that is taught from an early age to maintain personal health, but nowadays people often ignore the implementation of clean and healthy living behaviors, for example in children's environments at school. The study aims to determine the effect of health education using audiovisual media on clean and healthy living behavior among students at SDN 1 Kerobokan Kaja. This type of research is pre-experimental with a one-group pre-post test design. The total sample is 70 people with a sampling technique that is proportional stratified random sampling. The results showed that the most age was 10 years, the most gender was female, before being given health education the knowledge of the respondents was 32 people (45.7%) after being given health education the knowledge of the respondents became 69 people (98.6%), before being given health education attitude of respondents as many as 63 people (90.0%) after being given health education the attitude of the respondents became 67 respondents (95.7%), before being given health education the respondents' actions were 32 people (45.7%) after being given health education the respondents' actions became 70 respondents (100%). The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test with an interpretation of the p-value = 0.000 (a <0.05). It means that Ha is accepted that there is an effect of health education with audiovisual media on PHBS in Kerobokan Kaja 1 Elementary School students. This research is expected to be a reference for further researchers with different methods Keywords: Education, Audiovisual, Behavior PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA AUDIOVISUAL TERHADAP PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT PADA SISWA SDN 1 KEROBOKAN KAJA ABSTRAK Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat merupakan prilaku yang diajarkan sejak dini untuk menjaga kesehatan diri, namun saat ini masyarakat sering mengabaikan penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, contohnya pada lingkungan anak di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media audiovisual terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada siswa SDN 1 kerobokan kaja. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat pre-eksperimental dengan desain one-group pre-post test design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang dengan teknik sampling yaitu proportional stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usia terbanyak yaitu 10 tahun, jenis kelamin terbanyak yaitu perempuan, sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan pengetahuan responden sebanyak 32 orang (45,7%) setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan pengetahuan responden menjadi 69 orang (98,6%), sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan sikap responden sebanyak 63 orang (90,0%) setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan sikap responden menjadi 67 responden (95,7%), sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan tindakan responden sebanyak 32 orang (45,7%) setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan tindakan responden menjadi 70 responden (100%). Hasil penelitian uji statistika Wilcoxon dengan interpretasi nilai p-value = 0,000 (a < 0,05). Berarti Ha diterima ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual terhadap PHBS pada siswa SDN 1 kerobokan kaja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi refrensi untuk peneliti selanjutnya dengan metode yang berbeda. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Audiovisual, Perilaku
