Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN HIPERTERMIA PADA ANAK DEMAM TYPHOID DENGAN INTERVENSI KOMPRES BAWANG MERAH DAN DAUN JINTEN DI RUANG DURIAN RSUD KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2022 Ni Made Dewi Ayu Virgayanti Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Denpasar Email : dewiayuvirgayanti@gmail.com ABSTRAK Hipertermia merupakan peningkatan suhu tubuh yang berhubungan dengan ketidakmampuan tubuh untuk meningkatkan pengeluaran panas atau penurunan produksi panas dengan memiliki tanda dan gejala suhu tinggi >37,80C peroral atau 38,80C perrektal. Tujuan penelitian KIAN ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana asuhan keperawatan hipertermia pada anak demam typhoid dengan intervensi kompres bawang merah dan daun jinten di ruang durian RSUD Klungkung tahun 2022. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilaksanakan pada bulan agustus 2022. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pasien mengeluh demam sejak 4 hari yang lalu dengan tanda-tanda vital suhu: 38,80C, respirasi: 21x/menit, nadi: 87x/menit, hasil pemeriksaan uji widal yaitu positif(+) salmonella Typhi O 1/320 dengan diagnosa keperawatan yaitu hipertermia berhubungan dengan proses penyakit ditandai dengan pasien mengeluh demam sejak 4 hari yang lalu dengan suhu 38,80C, kulit pasien tampak merah dan kulit pasien teraba hangat. Rencana keperawatan menggunakan luaran SLKI dengan label termoregulasi membaik dan label intervensi keperawatan yaitu manajemen hipertermia. Implementasi keperawatan menggunakan inovasi kompres bawang merah dan daun jinten selama 3x24 jam. Dengan kesimpulan terapi inovasi yang diberikan kepada An.N mampu menurunkan suhu tubuh An.N menjadi normal yaitu 37,40C. Kata kunci : Hipertermia, Typhoid, Bawang Merah Nursing Care Of Hyperthermia in Children With Typhoid Fever With The Intervention Of Red Onion Compresses and Cumin Leaves In The Durian Room At RSUD Klungkung In 2022 ABSTRAK Hyperthermia is an increase in body temperature associated with the body's inability to increase heat expenditure or decrease in heat production by having signs and symptoms of high temperature >37.8 0 C peroral or 38.80C perrectal. The purpose of this KIAN study is to find out how hyperthermia nursing care in typhoid fever children with the intervention of onion and cumin leaf compresses in the durian room of Klungkung Hospital in 2022. This study used descriptive research conducted in August 2022. The results of the study found patients complaining of fever since 4 days ago with vital signs temperature: 38.80 C, respiration: 21x / minute, pulse: 87x / minute, widal test results are positive (+) salmonella Typhi O 1/320 with nursing diagnosis that is hyperthermia associated with the disease process characterized by patients complaining of fever since 4 days ago with a temperature of 38.80 C, the patient's skin appears red and the patient's skin is palpable warm. Nursing plans using improved thermoregulatory outcomes, labeling nursing intervention as hyperthermia management. The implementation of nursing uses the innovation of compressing shallots and cumin leaves for 3x24 hours. With the conclusion of the innovation therapy given to An.N was able to reduce An.N's body temperature to normal which is 37.40C. Keywords: Hyperthermia, typhoid, onion
