Abstract
ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN GANGGUAN MOBILITAS FISIK DENGAN MIRROR THERAPY PADA PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DI RUANG KECAK RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG ABSTRAK Stroke non hemoragik disebabkan oleh trombotik dan emboli penyebab sirkulasi darah ke otak terhambat di dalam pembuluh darah tidak berfungsi akibat aterosklerotik. Stroke iskemik di Indonesia sebanyak 80%. Tujuan dari karya ilmiah akhir ners ini untuk mendeskripsikan asuhan keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik dengan mirror therapy pada pasien stroke non hemoragik di Ruang Kecak RSD Mangusada Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 02 Mei 2023 sampai dengan 05 Mei 2023. Penelitian ini menunjukan data pengkajian pasien mengeluh lemah pada separuh tubuh bagian kanan tidak bisa digerakkan, diagnosis keperawatan yaitu gangguan mobilitas fisik berhubungan dengan gangguan neuromuscular. Rencana keperawatan meliputi tujuan dan kriteria hasil dengan luaran mobilitas fisik meningkat , label intervensi utama keperawatan yaitu dukungan mobilisasi, dukungan ambulansi dan intervensi tambahan yaitu teknik latihan penguatan otot , pengaturan posisi dan intervensi inovasi mirror therapy. Implementasi keperawatan memberikan terapi mobilisasi atau ambulansi dan latihan penguatan otot, pengaturan posisi serta terapi mirror therapy. evaluasi keperawatan setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3x24 jam mobilitas fisik meningkat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, pemberian teknik terapi mirror therapy pada stroke ini efektif untuk melatih motorik para penderita stroke untuk membantu mengembalikan kekuatan otot pada ekstremitas yang lemah. Diharapkan terapi inovasi mirror therapy ini dilakukan secara rutin lebih efektif dalam mengatasi masalah gangguan mobilitas fisik. Kata Kunci : Stroke Non Hemoragik, Asuhan Keperawatan, Mirror Therapy NURSING CARE FOR PHYSICAL MOBILITY DISORDERS WITH MIRROR THERAPY IN PATIENTS NON- HEMORRHAGIC STROKE IN KECAK ROOM MANGUSADA BADUNG HOSPITAL ABSTRAK Non-hemorrhagic strokes are caused by thrombotics and emboli which cause blood circulation to the brain to be obstructed in the blood vessels which do not function due to atherosclerosis. Ischemic stroke in Indonesia is 80%. The purpose of this nurse's final scientific work is to describe nursing care for impaired physical mobility with mirror therapy in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients in the Kecak Room, RSD Mangusada Badung. This study used a descriptive design with a case study approach which was carried out from 02 May 2023 to 05 May 2023. This study showed that the study data of patients complaining of weakness in the right half of the body could not be moved, the nursing diagnosis was impaired physical mobility associated with neuromuscular disorders. The nursing plan includes goals and outcome criteria with the output of increased physical mobility, the main nursing intervention labels are mobilization support, ambulance support and additional interventions namely muscle strengthening exercise techniques, positioning and innovative mirror therapy interventions. Nursing implementation provides mobilization or ambulance therapy and muscle strengthening exercises, positioning and mirror therapy. nursing evaluation after nursing care for 3x24 hours increased physical mobility. The conclusion of this study, the mirror therapy technique for stroke is effective for training the motor skills of stroke sufferers to help restore muscle strength in weak extremities. It is hoped that this innovative mirror therapy therapy is carried out routinely to be more effective in overcoming problems with impaired physical mobility Keywords: Non Hemorrhagic Stroke, Nursing Care, Mirror Therapy
