Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN NYERI AKUT PADA PASIEN OPEN REDUCTION INTERNA FIXATION DENGAN PEMBERIAN AROMA TERAPI ROSEMARY DI RUANG KEDONDONG RSUD KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2022 Ni Komang Yuni Andriani Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: komangyuni122@yahoo.com ABSTRAK Fraktur adalah kerusakan pada pertumbuhan tulang rawan, dan kontinuitas struktur tulang, baik yang disebabkan oleh trauma sehingga pasien fraktur mengalami nyeri ringgan sampai nyeri berat.Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari RSUD Klungkung pada tahun 2020-2023 jumlah kasus fraktur sebanyak 850 kasus.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan yang efektif dan efisien pada pasien orif fraktur dengan masalah keperawatan yaitu nyeri akut di Ruang Kedondong RSUD Klungkung.Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian yang didapat diagnosa nyeri akut berhubungan dengan agen pencendera fisik (trauma).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan pemberian intervensi aromaterapi rosemary terbukti efektif menurunkan tingkat nyeri pasien orif fraktur. Kata Kunci:Asuhan Keperawatan,Nyeri Akut Aromaterapi Rosemary NURSING CARE OF ACUTE PAIN IN OPEN REDUCTION INTERNA FIXATION PATIENTS USING ROSEMARY AROMATHERAPY IN THE KEDONDONG ROOM, KLUNGKUNG HOSPITAL 2022 ABSTRACT A fracture is damage to cartilage growth, and continuity of bone structure, both caused by trauma so that fracture patients experience mild pain to severe pain . Based on data obtained from Klungkung Hospital in 2020-2023, the number of fracture cases is 850 cases. This study aims to increase knowledge in applying effective and efficient nursing care in fracture orif patients with nursing problems, namely acute pain in the Room Kedondong RSUD Klungkung.Based on the results of the assessment obtained the diagnosis of acute pain related to physical prevention agents (trauma). The results showed that with the administration of rosemary aromatherapy intervention proved effective in reducing the pain level of fracture orif patients.
