Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF AFASIA IN NON-HEMORRHAGIC STROKE PATIENTS AT SANJIWANI GIANYAR HOSPITAL IN 2023 ABSTRACT Non-hemorrhagic stroke is a stroke that occurs due to a clot or blockage in the blood vessels of the brain which can be caused by a pile of thrombus in the blood vessels of the brain. Various complications can occur in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients, one of which is aphasia. Aphasia is a neurological disorder caused by damage to the part of the human brain that is responsible for language. This study aims to describe aphasia in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients at Sanjiwani Gianyar Hospital in 2023. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used is Consecutive sampling with a total sample of 44 respondents. All data collected in this study is primary data obtained from observations. The results showed that the largest group aged 56-65 years was 20 respondents (45.5%), and the most male sex was 29 respondents (65.9%), with all respondents experiencing mild aphasia the most 20 respondents (45.9%). This research activity is expected to be used as a basis for further research as a comparison to obtain maximum results. Keywords: description, aphasia, non hemorrhagic stroke GAMBARAN AFASIA PADA PASIEN STROKE NON HEMORAGIK DI RSUD SANJIWANI GIANYAR TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Stroke non hemoragik adalah stroke yang terjadi akibat adanya pembekuan atau sumbatan pada pembuluh darah otak yang dapat disebabkan oleh tumpukan thrombus pada pembuluh darah otak. Berbgai komplikasi dapat terjadi pada pasien stroke non hemoragik salah satunya yaitu afasia. Afasia merupakan gangguan neurologis yang disebabkan oleh kerusakan pada bagian otak manusia yang bertanggung jawab pada bagian bahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran afasia pada pasien stroke non hemoragik di RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian deskritif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan Consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 44 responden. Seluruh data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kelompok terbanyak usia 56-65 tahun 20 responden (45,5%), dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki terbanyak 29 responden (65,9%), dengan seluruh responden paling banyak mengalami afasia ringan 20 responden (45,9%). Kegiatan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk penelitian selanjutnya sebagai perbandingan untuk mendaptkan hasil yang maksimal.
