Abstract
ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN HIPERTERMIA PADA ANAK DEMAM TIFOID DENGAN TERAPI INOVASI KOMPRES DAUN DADAP SEREP DI RUANG CILINAYA RSD MANGUSADA I Gede Manik Vikantara Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email: mvikantara54@gmail.com ABSTRAK Demam tifoid merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan oleh mikroorganisme Salmonella typhi (S. typhi) dengan gejala berupa demam (hipertemia) >37,50C. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari bagian rekam medis RSD Mangusada Kabupaten Badung jumlah pasien demam tifoid khususunya anak mencapai 69 kasus pada 3 tahun terakhir, dimana pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 34 kasus, tahun 2021 sebanyak 9 kasus dan tahun 2022 sebanyak 16 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan hipertermia pada anak yang mengalami demam tifoid dengan pemberian terapi inovasi kompres daun serep dadap di Ruang Cilinaya RS Mangusada. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian diperoleh diagnosis keperawatan hipertermia berhubungan dengan proses penyakit (demam tifoid) dibuktikan dengan suhu tubuh 38,50C, mengeluh demam naik turun sejak 5 hari yang lalu, kulit kemerahan dan teraba hangat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan kompres daun dadap serep, termoregulasi membaik. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini diharapkan petugas kesehatan dan masyarakat dapat mengimplementasikan kompres daun dadap serep terhadap penurunan suhu tubuh pada anak hipertemia Kata kunci : Asuhan keperawatan, hipertermia, kompres daun dadap. NURSING CARE OF HYPERTHERMIA IN CHILDREN WITH TYFOID FEVER WITH INNOVATIONAL THERAPY OF DADAP SEREP LEAF COMPRESS IN THE CILINAYA ROOM MANGUSADA HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Typhoid fever is an infectious disease caused by the microorganism Salmonella typhi (S. typhi) with symptoms of fever (hypertemia) >37.50C. Based on data obtained from the medical record section of the Mangusada Hospital, Badung Regency, the number of typhoid fever patients, especially children, reached 69 cases in the last 3 years, of which in 2020 there were 34 cases, in 2021 there were 9 cases and in 2022 there were 16 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine nursing care for hyperthermia in children with typhoid fever by administering innovation therapy on the leaves of the serep dadap leaf in the Cilinaya Room of Mangusada Hospital. Based on the results of the study, a nursing diagnosis of hyperthermia was obtained related to the disease process (typhoid fever) as evidenced by a body temperature of 38.5 0C, complaining of fluctuating fever since 5 days ago, reddish skin and feeling warm. The results of the study showed that by compressing dadap serep leaves, thermoregulation improved. With the results of this study, it is hoped that health workers and the public can implement dadap serep leaf compresses against decreased body temperature in hyperthermic children Keywords: Nursing care, hyperthermia, compressed dadap leaves.
