Abstract
RELATIONSHIP HYGIENE, SANITATION, DRINKING WATER DEPOT, REFILL WITH COLIFORM BACTERIA IN THE WORK AREA OF UPTD PUSKESMAS I NEGARA ABSTRACT As technology advances, people choose practical ways to meet their drinking water needs. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between DAMIU's sanitation hygiene and Coliform bacteria in the working area of UPTD Public Health Center I Negara. This type of research is observational with product moment correlation statistics. The results of data analysis showed that sanitation in DAMIU had the highest score of 28 (100%) 3 depots, the lowest value of 12 (43%) 1 depot, sanitation of DAMIU equipment with the highest value of 29 (100%) 3 depots and the lowest value of 16 (55%) 1 depot, hygiene of DAMIU handlers with the highest score 15 (83%) 1 depot, the lowest value 8 (44%) 2 depots, the lowest value of coliform bacteriological quality test 0 or fulfilling the requirements and the highest result 927 with an average of 321. Result of product correlation statistic test moment 0.037 <α (0.05), H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between the sanitation of the DAMIU area and coliform bacteria. The r-value is -0.737. The significance value is 0.017 <α (0.05) or Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between the sanitation of DAMIU equipment with coliform bacteria. The r-value is -0.798. The significance value is 0.039 <α (0.05), H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between the hygiene of the handlers of DAMIU and coliform bacteria. R value -0.732. The three variables of place sanitation, equipment and handler hygiene have a strong relationship with the direction of the negative relationship, meaning that the less coliform bacteria content in DAMIU water indicates the hygiene of the handlers is more qualified. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan higiene sanitasi DAMIU dengan bakteri Coliform di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas I Negara. Jenis penelitian bersifat observasional dengan statistik korelasi product moment. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan sanitasi tempat DAMIU dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu 28 (100%) 3 depot, nilai terendah 12 (43%) 1 depot, sanitasi peralatan DAMIU dengan nilai tertinggi 29 (100%) 3 depot dan nilai terendah 16 (55%) 1 depot, higiene penjamah DAMIU dengan nilai tertinggi 15 (83%) 1 depot, nilai terendah 8 (44%) 2 depot, nilai terendah uji kualitas bakteriologi coliform 0 atau memenuhi syarat dan hasil tertinggi 927 dengan rerata 321. Hasil uji statistik korelasi product moment 0,037 <α (0,05), H0 ditolak artinya ada hubungan antara sanitasi tempat DAMIU dengan bakteri coliform.Nilai r -0,737. Nilai signifikansi 0,017 <α (0,05) atau Ho ditolak artinya ada hubungan antara sanitasi peralatan DAMIU bakteri coliform.Nilai r -0,798. Nilai signifikansi 0,039 <α (0,05), H0 ditolak artinya ada hubungan antara higiene penjamah DAMIU dengan bakteri coliform. Nilai r -0,732. Ketiga variabel sanitasi tempat, peralatan dan higiene penjamah memiliki hubungan kuat dengan arah hubungan negatif artinya semakin sedikit kandungan bakteri coliform air DAMIU menunjukkan higiene penjamah semakin memenuhi syarat.
